Description

Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in York, Pennsylvania
  • 13-week assignment
  • Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 36 hours per week
  • Weekends and holidays as needed
  • Floating required, including to the Emergency Transitional Care Unit
  • First-time travelers are not accepted

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
  • ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule

  • Every 3rd weekend
  • No blocked schedule
  • Call not required

Clinical Setting

  • Emergency Department with possible rotation to the Emergency Transitional Care Unit
  • May care for COVID patients

Hiring Process

  • Clinical pre-screen before manager review
  • Manager interview required

Notes

  • Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility
  • RTO maximum: 7 days
