Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Lillington, North Carolina
13-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
36 hours per week
Ratios: 1:4
First-time travelers accepted

Work Expectations

Every other weekend required
Holidays required
Must float between both campuses and to all locations as needed
Callouts for scheduled shifts require makeup shifts as determined by the department
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
Pending license not accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
CPI
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

Epic charting
Return travelers must have been away for 1 year
The system allows a 2-contract limit, with only one extension before a 6-month break is required to return
