Operating Room RN

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• On-call required with a 30-minute response time
• Weekends and holidays as needed
• Floating as needed
• May care for COVID patients
• Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Epic

Schedule Notes

• RTO maximum: 7 days

Compliance / Onboarding

• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
• Most recent resume/application required
• Skills checklist required annually
• Background checks and health screening requirements apply before start
• Fit testing required for patient-facing candidates within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccine, exemption, or declination accepted
• Drug testing required
• Education verification required
• Pass/fail testing and competency exams required as applicable
• New hire orientation and assigned onboarding modules must be completed before start
