Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Preoperative experience

Optional

• NIHSS certification

• Resume, skills checklist within the past year, and 2 professional references
• Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• Fit test
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (QuantiFERON/T-Spot)
