Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Key Responsibilities / Clinical Focus

• Treats a mix of acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and SNF-related cases
• Common diagnoses include falls, CVA, trauma, pneumonia, orthopedic post-op cases, sepsis, UTI, respiratory failure, liver failure, kidney failure, and wounds
• Average caseload is 8 patients per day

Additional Notes

• No on-call
• No floating
• No block scheduling
• RTO over 7 days requires approval
• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week, with up to 3 call-offs during a 13-week assignment
• New contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks
• 6-month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or reaching 1 year, whichever comes first
