Role Summary

Operates stationary radiographic equipment in a Heart and Vascular Center to produce diagnostic images.
Performs X-ray procedures, fluoroscopy, vascular procedures, cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, and other special procedures.
Works independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Requires strong patient care and patient satisfaction skills.

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Iowa
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience
Experience with Epic
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License

Relevant Skills

Knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, CR and DR imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, and basic computer skills.
