Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Lebanon, Indiana
Hybrid coverage across inpatient rehabilitation and acute care
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
No weekend requirement
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted if they live within 50 miles of the hospital

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Clinical Focus

Inpatient rehab and acute care coverage
Medical-surgical, post-operative, and ICU patient populations
Orthopedic experience preferred
