Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location

Alexandria, Louisiana

Schedule

Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Full-time

Contract

13 weeks
Temp-to-perm is a possibility

Cardiac caths
Peripherals
TAVR
Devices

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Louisiana
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Louisiana LRT (R) or (F) licensure by LSRTBE, based on modality
Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field or acceptable equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

0–1 year of experience in an acute care setting
One of the following certifications:
- RCIS by CCI
- RCES by CCI
- RCS by CCI
- Radiography (R) by ARRT
- Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) by ARRT
- Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) by ARRT
- Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) by ARRT
- Abdomen (AB) RDMS by ARDMS
- Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) RDMS by ARDMS
- Adult Echocardiography (AE) RDCS by ARDMS
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS
