PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

14–22 beds
Med/surg patient ratio: 4:1
Meditech EMR familiarity is listed in the source
Floating may include NICU level 1 or 2 only

Clinical Scope

Cleft palate repair
Appendectomy
Chest tube management
Lumbar punctures
Seizure management
Noninvasive cardiology only
Neuro, ortho, general surgery, and thoracic cases
Thoracotomy/thoracoscopy
Pectus bar implants

Schedule / Work Expectations

4 weekend days every 4 weeks
No call
