- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of infusion experience
- Infusion experience within the last year
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Chemotherapy experience
- Experience with Epic
- Driver's License
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

- First-time travelers are accepted if they have at least 2 years of infusion experience
