Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Location

Ann Arbor, Michigan

Schedule

Day shift options: 7:00–19:00 or 11:00–23:00
36 hours per week
Shift pattern may be a day/evening rotation or straight evenings
Call is required, including weeknight and weekend call
Float: none

Assignment Details

13-week contract
Adult-focused Level 1 Trauma Center
General OR and Trauma experience required
First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
1 year of Operating Room experience
Operating Room experience within the last year
Trauma experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements

Flu vaccination required during flu season with no exemptions
2 supervisory references required at submission
Government-issued photo ID required
Background check required
Drug screen required
Fit test required
Physical exam required
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray required
Immunity or documentation required for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
Completion of facility onboarding and attestation documents required

Notes

Weekend call is scheduled in 8-hour blocks
Onsite pass/fail testing is required for EKG/medication competency in applicable units
