Cath Lab RN
Location
- Owensboro, Kentucky
Job Type
- Travel/Contract
Schedule
- Day shift
- 4 shifts per week
- 9.5 hours per shift
- On-call 2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac Cath Lab (3 years of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
- Complete application/resume
- Physical exam
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Drug screen within the last 12 months
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
- COVID declination if unvaccinated
Health Documentation
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation or approved declination where allowed
Onboarding / Compliance
- Background check
- Education verification
- State-specific search
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Facility onboarding documents must be completed before start

Competency / Testing
