Schedule

Days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekend requirement: 4 shifts per 6-week schedule

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Experience

1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a perinatal setting

Onboarding / Training

New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days
Initial onboarding includes competency validation and a perinatal services-specific competency validation
Annual competency verification is required
