RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Overview

Travel RN position in San Antonio, Texas
13-week assignment
36 hours per week
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Labor and delivery unit
16 LDRs, 5 triage beds, and 7 antepartum beds
Patient ratio: 1:2
Unit clerk and ORT available 24/7
Uses fetal monitors
Documentation system: Meditech / CPN mostly

Responsibilities and Expectations

Vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
Floating is required

Scheduling Notes

Weekend and call requirements are discussed during the interview
