Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid CVOR Technologist license in Washington
- CVOR Technologist (3 years of experience)
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military Training Network or Canadian American Heart Association
- CST
Additional Notes
- Orientation is held weekly on Monday
- Must complete onboarding and orientation materials before start
- Passport-style badge photo required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing required for onsite candidates
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
- Drug testing required within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination documentation or declination required during flu season
- Respiratory safety clearance required for onsite candidates
- Two references from Charge RN or higher from the last 3 years, covering 1 year in specialty
- Must verify last 7 years of employment with proof of 1 year in specialty
