Job Overview

Location: Marquette, Michigan
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 40
Shift: 10- and 12-hour shifts, starting at 0645 or 0900
Orientation: Bi-weekly
Weekly guaranteed hours: Yes

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
General surgery experience
Gynecology (GYN) experience
Basic ENT experience
ENT Surgery experience
Basic vascular experience
Vascular Surgery experience
Robotic surgery experience
Urology experience
Orthopedics experience
Neurology experience

Schedule / Call

Weekend call: One or two weekends every 6 weeks
Weeknight call: One weeknight every other week
Call response time: 30 minutes

Clinical Setting

Unit: Operating Room
Trauma level: Level 2, with level 1 patients
Unit size: 12 ORs
Patient ratio: 1:1
Patient population: Geriatrics, adults, and rare pediatrics
