MS/Tele Float

Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Conway, South Carolina
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract
• Adults only
• Float role covering other medical-surgical/telemetry units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule and Work Expectations

• Every other weekend required
• Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling allowed
• Patient ratio is 1:6, with flexing up to 1:7 when necessary

Preferred Experience

• Float pool experience
• PCU/step-down experience

Additional Notes

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• No radius restriction
• Black scrubs required
• Cerner EMR used on the unit
• Holiday time off is discouraged; one holiday may be considered
