X-Ray Tech
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
- No weekends, no call, no holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
- Radiology Technician (1 year of experience)
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
Pre-Start Requirements
- Fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of the signed contract
- BCI and FBI fingerprint results within 12 months of start
- Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- Immunization or immunity documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Online training modules completed before start
- Badge photo and badge pickup before start
- Competency exam within 12 months of start
- Skills checklist annually
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement annually
- Core training requirements for subcontractors
