RN - Oncology

Overview

Travel RN position in Plano, Texas
Contract length: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Unit: Surgical Oncology
Patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
Floating may include Medical Oncology and Med/Surg
Weekend requirement: every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Oncology (1 year of experience)
Oncology experience within the last year
Surgical Oncology experience

Preferred Skills

IV insertion
Chemotherapy

Unit Experience

Communication
Compassion/empathy

Foley management

Additional Notes
