Respiratory Therapist, NICU

Job Overview

Location: Richland, Washington
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night or day, 3x12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Work Setting

Float between units and departments as needed
Must be able to work independently in a Level 3 NICU
Must also have the skill and experience to work in a Level 2 regional trauma center

Schedule

Weekends required every other weekend
On-call not required
Block schedules not required
48 hours not approved

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience

Additional Notes

Reduced non-billable orientation: 0 hours
Assignment shift is typically confirmed 1 to 2 weeks in advance
All staff are considered variable assignment for the unit
