Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Johns Island, South Carolina
  • Outpatient ortho clinic
  • Daily caseload: 12
  • Day shift: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
  • 13-week contract
  • Business casual attire

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
  • Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience in an Outpatient setting

Work Expectations

  • No weekend requirement
  • No on-call requirement
  • No floating within facility needs
  • No floating to sister facilities

Additional Hiring Requirements

  • 2 clinical references
  • Complete application and resume
  • Skills checklist for the applicable unit
  • Annual work history verification for the last 3 clinical employers
  • Annual background check
  • South Carolina state exclusion list clearance
  • Annual physical exam
  • Fit test within 90 days before start, then annually
  • 10-panel drug screen within 90 days before start
  • TB screening within 90 days before start
  • Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
  • Immunization or declination documentation for Hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, COVID-19, and flu as applicable
  • Color blind testing
  • Competency exam
  • Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
  • Orientation and onboarding modules before start
  • Badge photo before start
  • Drivers license or state ID
  • Social Security card or SSN documentation
  • E-Verify attestation
  • Education verification or diploma/transcript as a placeholder if needed
