- Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- Candidates must complete onboarding modules before start.
- Government-issued photo ID is required and must be carried while on assignment.
- Background check must be updated for breaks in service of 2 or more months and annually.
- Fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of the signed contract.
- References must be from employment within one year of start and from a manager, ANM, supervisor, charge nurse, or director.
- The role is for a bedside RN and includes facility competency testing at orientation.
