Respiratory Therapist

Job Details

Location: Mason City, Iowa
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 06:30 - 19:00
Schedule: Rotating shift, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Iowa
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding Requirements

MMR immunity documentation
Fit test
Hepatitis B documentation
Influenza vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
Negative 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within the required timeframe
