RN - MedSurg/Tele - Days
Location
- Fort Madison, Iowa
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Employment type: LTA
Schedule
- Day shift: 06:00 - 18:30
- May occasionally be placed on call during low census and must be able to arrive on-site within one hour if called in
Role Overview
- Provides nursing care for geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, and telemetry patients
- Traveler must self-study telemetry strips upon acceptance and pass a basic dysrhythmia test during the first week to work on the telemetry/med-surg unit
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- CPI/MOAB
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
