RN - Dialysis

Job Overview

Travel RN position in Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 or 48 per week
Patient-facing role
Not a remote position

Schedule / Work Expectations

Holidays as required
Every other weekend
Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Alabama
Dialysis (2 years of experience)
Dialysis experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross issued by American Red Cross
NURSYS
Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English

Preferred

Professional Nursing Certification

Clinical Setting

Dialysis unit
Nurses prepare and perform dialysis treatments
Uses Fresenius machines and Gambro as needed
Training provided if not familiar with Fresenius or Gambro
Bedside and peritoneal dialysis performed
