Interventional Radiology RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Olympia, Washington
- Start: ASAP
- Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
- Hours per week: 40
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Interventional Radiology (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
Schedule / Assignment Details
- Weekend coverage varies based on staffing and may be every 3–4 weekends
- Call is required, including weekday night call every other week and weekend call every 4–6 weeks
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Pending license accepted
- Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
Clinical Setting
- Interventional radiology
- Procedures include CT-guided biopsy, fistulograms, GJ-tube placement, lower extremity angiograms, nuclear medicine/stress tests, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and Y90 procedures
Additional Notes
- RTO should preferably be under 7 days
- Charting system: EPIC
