Location
- Coos Bay, Oregon

- 12 hours per day
Assignment Details
- Float assignment with required coverage in the Medical Care Unit, Post Surgical Unit, and Intermediate Care Unit/PCU
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Float (2 years of experience)
- Float experience within the last year
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Core Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within RN scope of practice
- Teach patients and significant others
- Document patient care in the medical record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Adapt to rapidly changing patient and unit needs
- Respond to patient crisis and emergency situations

- Skills checklist required within 1 year
- Certifications must be obtainable if not active at submission
- COVID vaccination is not required
