Description

Interventional Radiology Tech

Overview

Location: Florence, South Carolina
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Caseload: 4 patients per tech daily

Schedule and Work Expectations

On-call required, rotating between two other techs
Every third weekend required
No floating within scope or between like units/sister facilities
Block scheduling may be accommodated with manager approval
Local candidates are not accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT (R)
SCQRSA
Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency

Preferred Experience

Neuro interventional radiology experience

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
OR scrubs are provided
Parking is free
All requested time off must be included at submission
Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season
