Required Qualifications

Valid Cardiovascular Technologist license in Washington
Cardiovascular Technologist experience within the last year
Cardiovascular Technologist (1 year of experience)
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
RCIS or RCEs
AART

Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
Education verification
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable

Crime disclosure statement

Tdap vaccine or signed declination
TB clearance documentation

Additional Requirement

If using a multi-state nursing license from outside Washington, completion of the Washington BON-approved 6-hour suicide prevention training is required before working in Washington
