Contract Length

13 weeks

Shift

Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Schedule Notes

  • On-call: 1 day per week, 5:30 PM–7:00 AM
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • If a traveler calls in for a contracted shift, the shift must be made up during the pay period for 0.9 FTE assignments, or added to the end of the contract if it cannot be made up; for 1.2 FTE assignments, call-in shifts are added to the end of the contract

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Indiana
  • Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
  • 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • ARRT

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license or passport
  • Background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM check
  • HHS/OIG check
  • Official transcript or diploma
  • Education verification
  • Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
  • Unit competency exam
  • Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
  • Physical exam within 12 months of start
  • Fit test within 12 months of start
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
  • TB questionnaire
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
  • Negative drug screen within 12 months of start
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption
  • Color blind exam
  • Minimum of 2 recent employment references
  • Current employment application with work history and explained gaps of 30 days or more
  • Skills checklist within 12 months of start
  • Application covering 7 years with all gaps accounted for

Additional Notes

  • Call-ins must be made up or added to the contract as outlined above
  • Some compliance items may be pending at start if needed, but must be obtained before beginning work
