- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- RCIS

- Strict attendance policy applies: 3 absences or arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in immediate termination, with exceptions reviewed for communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence.
- Local traveler status applies to anyone with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility.
