Job Overview
- Location: Denton, Texas

- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Unit Details
- Patient ratio is 4:1, with flex up to 5:1 during staffing shortages
- Unit manages stroke patients, cardiac drips, patients on continuous BiPAP, and post-procedure patients
- Common equipment includes BiPAP, restraints, Airvo, seizure precautions, bedside monitoring, and telemetry
