Overview

• Travel/contract ICU RN position in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1.5 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule

• 36 hours per week

• Background check required before start
• Fingerprinting required before start
• Education verification required
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start
• Nursys verification required within 30 days of start
• Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
• 2 references required from employment within the past year, from a manager, ANM, supervisor, charge nurse, or director
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Fit mask clearance required within 12 months of start
• Tdap required every 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 12 months of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, drug screen, flu documentation, and eye exam requirements apply before start
