Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS

• COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption required
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start required
• MMR documentation required
• Varicella documentation required
• Tdap within the past 10 years required
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year required
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination required
• Negative TB test documentation required
• Color vision screening required
• Fit test required
• Specialty competency testing required within a year
• Skills checklist required for clinical contractors
• Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references required for submission
