Respiratory Therapist

Location

Elizabethtown, Kentucky

36 hours per week
12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky
Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NRP
Associate's degree in respiratory care

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare or customer service experience
Limited permit/student respiratory license experience
Bachelor’s degree in respiratory care

Key Responsibilities

Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
Provide invasive and non-invasive ventilator support
Perform airway management and advanced respiratory procedures
Deliver medicated and non-medicated respiratory therapies
Complete diagnostic testing, including pulmonary function, neurodiagnostic, cardiac, blood gas, and oximetry studies
Document patient care and communicate findings to the care team
Support equipment preparation, maintenance, and supply needs
