Registered Nurse — Med Surg / Telemetry

Location: Richmond, Kentucky
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
Previous nursing experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
Provide direct patient care, including rounds, treatments, and nursing interventions
Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient/family education
Communicate changes in patient condition and collaborate with the care team
Delegate and oversee patient care tasks appropriately
Support quality improvement activities and documentation monitoring
