Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract role in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Schedule is fixed to one of these patterns: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

2 references from employment within the past year
Employment application with 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
Skills checklist
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
Tdap vaccination documentation
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation
Drug screening
Eye exam
Online training modules and facility orientation requirements
Pass/fail testing during orientation for bedside RNs
