PT Inpatient Rehab

Job Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Setting: Fast-paced, medically complex patient population

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Additional Notes

Valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport is required
Background check must be cleared before start
Two clinical references are required
7-year work history is required
Physical exam is required within 1 year
Fit test for N95 mask is required within 1 year and updated annually
Negative 13-panel drug screen is required within 12 months of start
Flu documentation is required for seasonal compliance
COVID-19 vaccination, exemption, or declination is required for reporting purposes
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation are required
Kentucky vulnerable adult maltreatment registry search is required
Candidate must complete required onboarding documents and training modules before start
