Job Overview

Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks
Staffing ratio: 1:14
Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts per contract

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Louisiana
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Current/valid driver’s license, state ID, or government photo ID
Resume/application
Skills checklist
Competency exam
7 years of employment history, if applicable, with explanation for gaps

Experience Notes

First-time travelers are accepted.
Preferred experience includes trauma, stroke, and ICU.

Assignment Conditions

Traveler may be assigned to an emergency team during an emergency event and may be expected to remain at the facility or serve on the relief team until the event passes.
