May float to mother/baby as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
STABLE
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a perinatal setting

Onboarding / Training

New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days
New hires complete organizational entry competency validation and a Perinatal Services-specific competency validation
Annual competency verification is required
