Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Core Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and monitor condition trends
Administer and chart medications, including IVs
Manage wound care and specialized equipment
Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on post-surgery care, medications, and discharge instructions
Recognize early signs of deterioration and respond to stabilize patients
