Operating Room Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Memphis, Tennessee
Pediatric operating room / RN circulator
Day shift: 5x8s, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
Call is required
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Operating Room experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Driver's License
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Pediatric experience

Certifications

ACLS
PALS

Other Requirements

Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
Two recent professional references are required
Two forms of government-issued ID are required
Background check required before start
Education verification required
Drug screen required within 60 days of start
Physical exam required within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
Fit test required before start
Confidentiality acknowledgment must be signed before start
Photo badge submission required before start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
Must comply with facility onboarding and health documentation requirements
