Description
Job Summary
- Job Title: RN - Med/Surg (Adult) - Night Shift
- Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
- Employment Type: Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
Role Overview
- Registered Nurse position in a general Med/Surg unit
- Primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric patients
- Care areas include medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Vermont
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 3 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS
Additional Notes
- Meditech experience is preferred
- Travelers start on Wednesdays
- Required credentials must be uploaded five business days before the start date
- Rural critical access setting with no public transportation in the area
- Closest airport is 2 hours away
- Not a pediatric floor; do not submit pediatric-only RNs
