Overview

Travel/Contract role in Christiansburg, Virginia
13-week contract
Day shift: 3x12s, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Includes call, occasional weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

BLS
NBSTSA, NCCT, or military OR Tech Cert
VA or other state license
Strong general, ortho (total joints), vascular, and gyn experience
Accepts first-time travelers
May be required to float within skillset

Schedule Requirements

Weekend rotation with staff
Call rotation with staff: 4–5 weekday calls per 6 weeks and one potential weekend call or one backup weekend call
Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
All RTO requests must be included in the submission
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Additional Notes

No locals accepted
If holding an out-of-state license, a VA state license must be obtained; a 90-day authorization is required while the license is being issued
