Registered Nurse — Med-Surg Telemetry

Location

Jacksonville, North Carolina

Contract

13 weeks
Travel/contract assignment
Start date: 10/19

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12 hours
7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekends and holidays included
No call
Block scheduling requests cannot be accommodated

Patient Care Setting

Med-Surg Telemetry unit
May take IMCU patients if needed based on census
Expected to float to like acuities or lower if needed
Typical patient populations include cardiac, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal, general surgery, and orthopedics
Ratio: 1:6

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CPI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

No locals within a 50-mile radius
RTO must be included with submission to be honored at offer
Minimal to no holiday RTO
Meditech experience is preferred
License hits are not accepted
