Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of ED - Emergency Department experience
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Valid RN license in Washington
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS

• Student and contractor onboarding documents

• Statewide search for all states lived/worked in over the last 10 years
• Washington State Patrol/WATCH search within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
• 12-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Physical health statement signed by a physician within 1 year of start
• Fit testing onsite with an N95 mask
• Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• TB questionnaire
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity documentation
• Rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Flu vaccination or declination on file by 11/01
