- Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Washington
- Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification, RT (R)
- ARRT (R)
- Enrollment in an ARRT-approved radiologic technologist program
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiography exams
- Apply proper technical factors, positioning techniques, and sterile technique
- Safely transport, transfer, and position patients
- Follow department and examination protocols
- Troubleshoot equipment, perform QA on films and equipment, and coordinate repairs as needed
- Schedule examinations and review daily schedules for corrections, additions, and cancellations
- Complete exams, including teleradiology of films
- Handle paperwork, archiving, and confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
Physical Requirements
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- Frequent/prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to lift, position, push, and transfer patients
- Ability to push, pull, or move heavy equipment
- Manual dexterity and mobility
Additional Information
- Up to 24 hours of call-off available to the facility at no cost during the assignment
