Step Down RN Travel Contract
Location
- Cookeville, Tennessee
Job Details
- Travel/contract position
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Patient ratio: 5:1
- Every other weekend required
- On-call: not applicable
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Stepdown (1 year of experience)
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or United States Department of Defense
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or United States Department of Defense
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify attestation or proof
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification
- Physical exam
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Drug screen
- Seasonal flu vaccination or facility declination form
- Seasonal COVID vaccination or facility declination form
- Pass/fail testing on arrival
- Orientation and policy acknowledgements
- Review of required facility documents before start
