Job Description

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient care team members.
• Patient population: Adult-Geriatric.
• EMR system used: Epic.
• Dress code: Traveler must provide professional scrubs without logos.
• This position will float to an additional unit as needed.
• No block scheduling accommodations; scheduling requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be changed after offer.
• 5 days or less return-to-office (RTO) accepted; all RTO details must be included in the profile.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle due to lack of public transportation.
• Permanent address must be included in the profile.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Cardiac drip experience
• Dementia experience/management
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Additional Information

• This is a 36-hour guarantee position; 48-hour guarantee is not available.
• All medical and occupational health compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance, with proof uploaded promptly.
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
• Non-billable orientation required.
• Overtime and holiday multipliers apply.
