Location

Contract

• 13 weeks
• Travel/contract role
• Day shift, 5x8 hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in West Virginia
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• ONS/ONCC
• 1 year of infusion experience
• Infusion experience within the last year
• Oncology experience
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Driver's License
• Experience with Cerner

Preferred

• OCN certification

Work Setting

• Infusion center
• Outpatient oncology

Key Responsibilities / Patient Population

• Oncology/infusion care
• Daily caseload of 12
• Patient ratio experience of 1:4
• Biotherapy administration and monitoring
• Care for patients with a wide range of cancers and blood disorders, including bladder/kidney, brain, breast, colorectal, ENT, kidney, leukemia/blood dyscrasias, liver, lung, lymphoma/non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, melanoma, multiple myeloma, ovarian/uterine, pancreatic, and prostate cancers

• No call
• No floating
• Pending state license is not accepted
• No RTO exemptions; time off must be discussed up front
• Permanent employees cannot return as travelers for 3 years after their last permanent date worked
